| With the continuous development of the marine industry,the design and innovation of underwater vehicles has become an important research field.This paper proposes a vector control mechanism for the spout of a deflector underwater vehicle,and conducts research on the maneuverability and control characteristics of the mechanism.The specific contents are as follows:1)Carry out the overall design of the vector control mechanism.Analyze the working principle of the deflector mechanism,analyze the mechanical properties of the deflector through the calculation of the open water characteristics of the deflector,and complete the preliminary calculation of the force characteristics of the deflector mechanism.2)Carry out the hydrodynamic performance analysis of the deflector mechanism and discuss the vector control strategy of the deflector mechanism.Based on the established numerical calculation model of the deflector,STAR CCM+ is used to perform CFD simulation calculation on the hydrodynamic performance of the deflector mechanism.The hydrodynamic performance of the deflector mechanism under different conditions is sorted and analyzed.On this basis,the control strategy of the deflector mechanism is researched,and finally the control strategy of the deflector mechanism is given in the form of a table.3)Build a scaled-down test system for the vector control mechanism,and carry out the research on the control performance of the vector control strategy.The vector control mechanism test system was built according to the 1:4 scale,and the characteristics of the handle control commands were analyzed.The hydraulic drive control system was constructed using the Beckhoff embedded controller,and the vector control mechanism was manipulated to test the control accuracy. |
