With the rapid development of economy in eastern China,land resources have become increasingly scarce,making coastal tidal flat areas more developed.However,most of the areas are soft soil subgrade which needs reinforcement treatment,and steel slag pile composite foundation came into being.Based on the model test and finite element analysis,its bearing characteristics are studied.The main tasks are as follows :(1)12 groups of model tests were completed.The stress-strain and settlement of single pile composite foundation with different pile length,pile diameter,pile strength grade and cushion thickness under vertical load were measured and collected.The pilesoil interaction,load transfer,stress distribution and settlement deformation were studied.(2)By using ANSYS finite element analysis software,the results are compared with the model test,and the error of the two results is about 10%,which verifies the effectiveness of the numerical simulation.Secondly,the comparison with CFG pile composite foundation shows that the two results are basically consistent.Finally,the bearing characteristics of steel slag pile composite foundation under horizontal load are simulated by applying seismic load in the horizontal direction,which makes a preliminary study for the following model test.The test results show that: the composite foundation of steel slag pile has a steep curve settlement,the settlement decreases by 18%~38% with the increase of pile length,and 11%~26% with the increase of pile diameter;the pile-soil stress ratio increases with the increase of load,the pile-soil stress ratio decreases by 14.3%~23.8% with the increase of cushion thickness,and the vertical stress of pile decreases by 11.3%~23.1%;the friction resistance of pile side shows a positive trend in the upper part of pile The neutral point is one third away from the top of the pile.The final research results will provide a theoretical basis for steel slag pile composite foundation to replace CFG pile composite foundation in engineering.Figure 64;Table 10;Reference 75...
