Using the method of combining experimental research and numerical simulation calculation analysis,the bending performance of the large-section cold-formed thin-walled steel beam is analyzed and researched.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:Completed the flexural performance test of 4 test members of the double-limbed largesection cold-formed thin-walled steel beam,and completed the finite element simulation of4 test members at the same time,and obtained the failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity and displacement of each test piece The ductility coefficient analyzes the influence of screw connection spacing and different splicing methods on the mechanical properties of the test members.Then the webs and flanges produce buckling;the experimental and numerical simulation results show that the splitting method of double-supported beams has a significant influence on the mechanical performance of the beam,and the size of the self-tapping screw connection spacing has relatively little influence on the mechanical performance of the beam.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software,four components were simulated and calculated.On this basis,through variable control of the influence of the self-tapping screw spacing of the specimen and the different splicing methods of the beam on the component,the results show that the screw spacing is 150 mm and 300 mm respectively,and the test results show that the 150 mm beam has slightly better mechanical performance For beams with a screw pitch of 300 mm.The load-bearing capacity of the I-shaped splicing method is significantly better than that of the box-type splicing method,and the load-bearing capacity is increased by about 30%,which is more economical.In the test of each group of specimens and the analysis of the numerical calculation results,the ductility of the box-shaped splicing method is slightly better than that of the I-shaped splicing method.The size of the selftapping screw spacing is almost the same as the ductility of the large-section cold-formed thin-walled steel beam.No effect.Figure 39;Table 7;Reference 53...
