The assembled sandwich heat preservation composite board is composed of protective layer(outer leaf board),heat preservation layer(heat preservation board),multi rib composite wall board(inner leaf board)and connecting parts.A connector is distributed between the outer leaf plate and the inner leaf plate.One end of the connector is inserted into the inner leaf plate rib beam and rib column,the middle passes through the insulation layer,and the other end is anchored into the outer leaf plate.As a new type of energy-saving composite board,the assembled sandwich insulation composite board has the functions of load-bearing,enclosure and heat preservation integration.As an appendage to the structural layer of the composite slab,the dynamic properties of the outer fender and its response to the overall structure under seismic loading are not clear.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics and the seismic response of the demonstration project of assembled sandwich insulation composite panel structure were studied.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Using the pulsation method and the dynamic signal test and analysis system,the first four natural vibration periods of the structure were obtained by the structural dynamic test of the small high-rise residential building with the assembled sandwich heat preservation composite plate structures.The first five natural vibration periods were obtained by the modal analysis of the numerical model of assembled sandwich heat preservation composite plate structure.Compared with the natural vibration periods obtained by the structural dynamic test,the errors between the two are smaller.A numerical model of the structure without the outer fender was constructed and compared with the results of the model of the structure with outer fender.The ratio of the first period of vibration between the structure with and without the outer leaf plate was 1.03,and the shape of the first third order vibration was similar.(2)Artificial wave,Taft wave and El-Centro wave were selected to analyze the elastic and elastic-plastic time history response of the assembled sandwich heat preservation composite plate structure.The results showed that:the spectral characteristics of the Taft wave were most similar to those of the structure;the fifth layer of the structure was the largest interlayer displacement;the deformation of the structure was bent-shear type;the maximum interlayer displacement angle was 1/1576 rad in the elastic time interval analysis,which was less than the seismic resistance requirement of the composite plate structure at a small earthquake of 8 degrees;the maximum interlayer displacement angle was 1/256 rad in the elastic plastic time interval analysis,which was less than the seismic resistance requirement of the composite plate structure at a large earthquake of 8 degrees;the assembled sandwich insulation composite plate structure had strong collapse resistance.(3)The elastic time history analysis of the composite plate structural model without outer blade was carried out,and the influence of outer blade on the seismic response of the structure was analyzed by comparing the two aspects of acceleration response and displacement response.The results showed that:The maximum acceleration,dynamic amplification coefficient and displacement of the structure without outer vane under different seismic waves were smaller than those of the structure with outer vane.The outer vane increased the response of the structure under the seismic action.(4)By using PKPM structural design software,the structural model of assembled sandwich heat preservation composite plate was established.Considering the influence of different volume weight of outer leaf plate on the structure,the structural model of assembled sandwich heat preservation composite plate was obtained.When calculating the structural earthquake action,the period reduction coefficient of assembled sandwich insulation composite plate structure is 0.81-0.83,and the simplified calculation coefficient of outer blade plate is 1.2-1.3.
