| In recent years,our country’s urban construction has accelerated,and landscaping projects have contributed a lot.The society is constantly improving,people’s living standards are gradually improving,the demand for garden-style cities has generally increased,and the investment of various investment entities in landscaping has continued increasing,and landscaping has obtained historic development opportunities.Landscaping has become an important living supporting facility,which has high social attention and the attribute of serving the society.Most of the landscaping projects are comprehensive,generally small in scale,short in construction period,and have their own characteristics.With the increase of landscaping projects,there are more and more landscaping construction companies,resulting in increasingly fierce competition.In order to have sufficient funds to maintain development,construction companies must strengthen cost management and achieve greater benefits in order to survive and get a further develop.With the gradual improvement of the market,the game between construction costs and benefits has intensified.Intensifying cost management and optimizing management measures for landscaping projects have become a powerful guarantee for obtaining benefits.Firstly,this article adopts the literature research method to study project cost management theory,cost influencing factors,and research status of landscaping project cost management;Secondly,on the basis of fully studying literature and data collection and research,choose A landscaping project as the research object.Through the data collection,investigation,sorting and analysis of the case,the overall situation of the cost management of the A landscaping project is grasped;Thirdly,the questionnaire survey method is used to identify tthe cost influencing factors of the A landscaping project,integrate theory and practice further closely,and use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the various cost influencing factors of A landscaping project carefully.By qualitative and quantitative research,it is concluded that the main influencing factors are quality management,personal ability of the project manager,schedule management,resource allocation,quantity and cost calculation,professional subcontracting coordination,contracts and claims;Finally,based on the main influencing factors obtained from the research and analysis,formulating countermeasures and optimizing management measures further,to provide reference for cost management of landscaping project in future,and promote landscaping projects team get a better effect in carrying out cost management,which has certain reference value. |
