The control performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system has gradually developed from stability and reliability to a comprehensive direction of high precision,rapidity,strong robustness,and anti-interference ability.PI control can no longer meet many applications in terms of anti-disturbance and accuracy.Demand.Sliding mode variable structure has developed rapidly since its proposal,but there is a phenomenon of chattering in sliding mode variable structure,and high-order sliding mode algorithm can solve the chattering problem to a certain extent and effectively improve the tracking performance of the system.On the other hand,the position sensor is susceptible to interference or damage in some special environments,which also affects the practical application of permanent magnet synchronous motors.This paper adopts the design of high-order sliding mode speed regulator and improved model reference adaptive speed identification to improve the performance of the control system.First,the research purpose and significance of the subject are explained.According to the characteristics of the selected control object in this paper,vector control is adopted,and the research status of sliding mode control algorithm and sensorless control at home and abroad are introduced.According to the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the basic principle of space vector pulse width modulation technology is described in detail,and how to realize it in Matlab/Simulink simulation software.Secondly,on the basis of the Super-Twisting algorithm(STA),two variables are added,the control strategy based on the fast Super-Twisting algorithm(FSTA)is studied,the FSTA speed controller is designed and the system stability is proved through the Lyapunov function.Details The influence of FSTA controller parameter change on speed control is compared,and the convergence speed of FSTA and STA is analyzed.Then,aiming at the problem of permanent magnet synchronous motor model reference adaptive estimation speed and rotor position,there is a certain error,the model reference adaptive speed identification based on FSTA is studied.This method combines the high-order sliding mode with the model reference adaptive system,and uses the saturation function instead of the sign function to further reduce the chattering problem of the motor.Finally,build Matlab/Simulink simulation model and discrete model,build an experimental platform,and compare and analyze motor speed and torque under different algorithm control methods.Simulation and experimental results show the feasibility and superiority of the FSTA-based speed controller and the FSTA-based model reference adaptive speed identification method.
