Smart meters are one of the basic devices for data collection in smart grids.They are responsible for the collection,metering and transmission of raw electrical energy data,and are the basis for realizing the information integration,analysis of the optimization and information display.And they play an irreplaceable role in the construction of smart grids.The development of smart meters and their management systems has gone from controlling the production of electricity to strengthening the management of electricity and enhancing the user experience,with higher requirements for their functionality,security and real-time.The current meter management system suffers from a lack of functionality,difficulty in expansion and low compatibility.The design of A fully functional smart meter management system not only enables the management and functional expansion of the meter and ensures the security of the meter,but also meets the diversified needs of users,which promotes the construction of smart grids and social development to a certain extent.In this paper,we designed a centralized watt-hour meter measurement and control software system with functions of automatic data collection,user information management,electricity consumption data analysis and electricity consumption data forecasting,based on the current development of smart meter management systems and the actual needs of enterprises.Enterprises can remotely monitor and evaluate the health status of the meters in real time and take appropriate measures to prevent power theft,power supply interruptions and power quality disturbances.The main research work in this paper is as follows:Based on QT platform to complete the upper computer development,realising the control and data storage and visual analysis of centralized watt-hour meters,solving the basic information management and data analysis problems for enterprises.The communication protocol is designed using information coding technology to realise multiple communication modes and two-way communication of IoT smart meters.NB-IoT(Narrow Band Internet of Things,NB-IoT)technology is used to realise the wireless control of centralized watt-hour meters by the upper computer using the You Ren Cloud IoT platform.A web service application was written,combined with Spring Boot and Mybatis framework,to achieve automatic collection and saving of electricity consumption data into My Sql database,realising remote meter reading.A model based on LSTM(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)neural network is used to complete the prediction of electricity consumption data.Enterprises can adjust the electricity supply and demand according to the electricity forecast to achieve the optimal allocation of resources.Finally,this paper tests the functionality and stability of the system by interfacing the centralized watt-hour meter with it’s measurement and control software.The test results show that:the measurement and control software system is stable and reliable;it is compatible with a variety of communication methods to realise the control of electricity meters;and it can make good prediction of electricity consumption with low computing resources.The system meets the basic requirements of the enterprise,and is more complete in function and safer than existing systems.
