Under the background of global energy crisis and severe climate change,new energy vehicles are more and more popular.Especially in large and medium-sized cities,many countries have formulated the green transportation policy of replacing oil with electricity.However,as the number of electric vehicles continues to increase,the impact of their large-scale charging on the power grid may exceed that of the distribution network caused by the conventional electrical load.Due to the different charging habits of users,electric vehicle charging is characterized by randomness and uncertainty,but orderly charging control can reduce the adverse impact of electric vehicle charging,and even can be regarded as a way to absorb new energy.Photovoltaic,as a kind of clean energy,has developed rapidly in recent years under the incentive of national photovoltaic industry policy.However,due to the strong intermittence and instability of photovoltaic,there are great problems in photovoltaic grid connection,and the phenomenon of abandoning light and limiting power is serious.If the new load of electric vehicle charging can be used to effectively absorb new energy such as photovoltaic output,the two problems can be solved at the same time.Therefore,it is of important theoretical and practical significance to study the management strategy of orderly charging of electric vehicles to alleviate the pressure of power grid and absorb new energy.The topic researched electric vehicle charging network integrated with renewable energy.In the research,we conducted the physical modeling of PV system,energy storage battery,and electric vehicles.And then utility functions of charging station and electric vehicles are built.Based on that above,we built sub-agent models of each energy storage.At last,multi agent energy network model is built.On the foundation of multi agent energy network model,firstly,we began researching the static energy coordinated control strategy and proposed the non-cooperative game theory based charging power dispatch strategy among electric vehicle group.And then,the dynamic charging power dispatch was also simulated by considering outside uncertainties.
