With the quick progress of economist and technology in the globe as well as the worsen of the globe’s surroundings,the energy problem has turn into one of the most egregious problems on the earth,in addition,persons have invested plentiful research on the use of reproducible energy.In the photovoltaic power generation process,due to weather,geographical location and other inevitable factors will lead to uneven illumination of photovoltaic modules or partial modules in shadow,which will cause array mismatch and hot spot phenomenon,reduce power generation efficiency and bring safety and reliability problems.As a result,the output P-V characteristic curve of photovoltaic array does not show a single peak,but a multi-peak phenomenon,which makes it difficult for the traditional Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT)control algorithm to track the global Maximum Power.Therefore,it is of great significance to study MPPT technology in the case of partial shading in practice.This article introduces the construction and peculiarity of photovoltaic system,moreover the operating principle of photovoltaic cells is described in detail,and the output characteristics are analyzed by building a model in MATLAB/Simulink.The mechanism of generating multiple peak values under partial shade of photovoltaic array is described in detail,and the output characteristic curve under shade condition is simulated and analyzed.Then the conventional MPPT algorithm is theoretically studied,and the inertial weight of the algorithm is simulated and compared with the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm and the application occasions.Considering that the cat swarm algorithm has good performance for multi-peak function optimization and global optimization,this paper makes a detailed study of the working principle and implementation process of the cat swarm algorithm.The inertia weight and mutation operator in the algorithm are analyzed in detail,and the MPPT control based on the cat swarm algorithm is proposed.The comparison between the simulation and the traditional algorithm proves that it can effectively solve the multi-peak problem,and has the feasibility and good optimization ability.The MPPT controller is designed with DSP28335 as the core.The hardware circuit includes DC/DC circuit,sampling circuit,power supply circuit and drive circuit,and the system software includes the main program,AD sampling interrupt program and PWM output program.The experiments verify that the MPPT controller can effectively track the maximum power point under shaded conditions.And the output curve is smooth without oscillation,indicating that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the multipeak problem and the steady-state oscillation is superior to the traditional algorithm,which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation in practical application.Figure[61]Table[8]Parameter[81]...
