Research On Intelligent Control System Of Power Cable Well

In recent years,the process of urbanization is speeding up,and the energy demand of the city is increasing constantly.At the same time,the contradiction between the development of the city and the construction of electric power infrastructure also appears.The development of the city needs more electricity.But the construction space of the city is limited,and it is difficult to transport the traditional substation to the city.Using the underground space of the city to build electric power equipment and energy infrastructure is an effective way to solve the current contradiction.Cable well is an important part of power system,but there are many problems such as imperfect information detection,system alarm,communication interference,personnel management confusion,etc.It is necessary for the daily maintenance,repair and assets management of the cable well to study the management and control strategy of the cable well management and control system and realize the intelligent management and control of personnel and equipment.Firstly,according to the control requirements of cable well,an intelligent cable well control system is designed.The system is mainly composed of well cover equipment,mobile phone app and control center.It can realize real-time monitoring and management of urban cable wells,and provide fault indication,positioning,maintenance time and personnel control of cable wells.Then the hardware of the well cover equipment is designed in detail,mainly including controller,sensor,remote communication module,Bluetooth communication module,driver module,power module,clock module and storage module;The detailed circuit schematic diagram and function description are given in this paper.Secondly,the software of well cover equipment is designed,and the overall flow chart of the software is given.The program adopts the independent module design method according to the function,so that each module can work independently;A detailed communication protocol in line with the power grid communication standard is designed to realize the data communication between the well cover equipment and the control center and app.The program design of complete well cover equipment is realized by using IAR platform.Thirdly,the management and control platform of intelligent cable well and app management software are designed.The control platform realizes the division of personnel control and equipment control,regional management of well cover equipment and hierarchical management of personnel.App management software realizes the authority management of personnel in and out of the cable well and operating equipment.It can add or delete equipment,set and modify equipment parameters,display all kinds of data information and deal with abnormal equipment.Finally,the prototype and field experiment of the whole system are tested.The test results show that the indicators of the intelligent cable well management and control system developed in this paper meet the management and control requirements of the State Grid for cable entry,and play a very positive role in improving the intelligent management of cable well.Figure[97]Table[1]Parameter[92]...
