Application Of Fiber Art In Urban Landscape Design

At present,people’s spiritual needs are getting higher and higher,and the importance of urban landscape begins to highlight.People also begin to realize the shortcomings of urban landscape in the past,such as some urban landscapes showing "homogenization",non prominent characteristics,single form of expression,lack of artistic aesthetic value and so on.The emergence of these problems stems from the passive position of landscape in urban landscape design and the constraints of inherent expression methods.The characteristics of fiber art can make up for the limitations of urban landscape design to a certain extent and provide broad space for opening up new forms of landscape design expression.Fiber art,as an ancient and young art form,is constantly glowing with new vitality in urban landscape design.It not only has very rich materials,but also has diversified creative techniques,can integrate different artistic elements and cultural symbols,and has the characteristics of infinite openness.This paper applies fiber art to urban landscape space,seeks the expression of fiber art involved in urban landscape,explores the application value and strategy of fiber art in urban landscape design,and makes a practical research on the landscape design scheme of Sanbao porcelain Valley Park.Firstly,starting from the origin and development,concept and characteristics of fiber art,this paper explores the feasibility of the application of fiber art in urban landscape design;Secondly,it discusses the materials and forms of fiber art,and summarizes the expression methods of fiber art design applied in urban landscape.Then,it analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of urban landscape,combined with the enlightenment brought by the successful cases of fiber art in urban landscape,and puts forward the principles and Strategies of fiber art in urban landscape design.Finally,after analyzing the local culture of Jingdezhen and the surrounding environment of the project,the fiber art is introduced into the design of Jingdezhen Sanbao porcelain Valley Park to create an urban landscape park with Jingdezhen characteristics and can reflect the charm of fiber art,activate the development vitality of urban landscape design with fiber art,broaden new creative vision and provide new ideas for urban landscape design.
