Aircraft is the main way of long-distance travel, and some international travel is even the only way. However, with the improvement of domestic high-speed rail network construction and the competition of third-party agents,Chinese airlines are facing increasing pressure.Improving the performance of aviation web pages, improving the level of user experience and enhancing their competitiveness has become the only choice for airlines to survive and develop in the future.Although the websites of airlines are designed in various forms and rich in content, there are still many user experience problems.Based on the multimodal measurement method, this paper studies the aviation web page user experience, and provides the research method and theoretical basis for the optimization of aviation web page design.Firstly,a multimodal measurement method of aviation web page user experience is proposed. The multimodal measurement data of subjects completing tasks in different aviation web pages are collected, and the correlation between different modal indicators is analyzed.Through the paired sample t-test results of experimental data,it is found that there are significant user experience differences in different aviation web pages, including eye movement indicators(fixation count, saccade count, total fixation time, average pupil diameter)and physiological indicators(△ AVNN,△ AVHR).Through correlation analysis,it was found that there was a correlation between eye movement and physiological indexes. The evaluation of aviation web pages by CW-TOPSIS method further proves that the research on aviation web page user experience by multimodal measurement method is more comprehensive and reliable.Secondly, build an aviation web page interaction performance evaluation model to analyze the relationship between multimodal indicators and aviation web page interaction performance. The fitting degree of the aviation web page interaction performance evaluation model based on multimodal indicators is as high as 93.1%.The total fixation time, total scanning time, blinking times, average fixation time and SDNN negatively affect the aviation web page interaction performance, and the average pupil diameter positively affects the aviation web page interaction performance,of which the total fixation time has the greatest impact on the interaction performance. Finally, some suggestions on optimizing the design of aviation web page are put forward.MNOVA analysis shows that the information capacity of design elements significantly affects the blinking times and the color of key buttons significantly affects the average blinking time of the subjects. It is proved that highlighting the color of key buttons, appropriately reducing the information capacity, following the principle of consistency of web page style and controlling the amount of white space on the page are conducive to improving the ticket purchase efficiency and user experience.
