| With the opening of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway,more and more people choose to travel by train to Lhasa,and the plateau 25 T passenger train has assumed more and more safety responsibilities.As one of the most important components in the 25 T train,the electro-pneumatic sliding door is mainly responsible for opening and closing the door leaf and ensuring its airtightness and safety during driving.However,during the operation of the plateau type sliding door system,various failures occur from time to time,which has a great impact on the safety of trains and the comfort of passengers.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the faults of the plateau type sliding door system,study the influence of the plateau climate conditions on it,and formulate rectification plans and preventive measures.This paper takes the plug door system of the plateau type 25 T passenger train as the research object,firstly introduces the research status of the plug door fault at home and abroad,and expounds that the main research focus of this paper is the fault analysis of the plateau type plug door system.Secondly,according to the structural characteristics and working principle of the sliding door,the common faults of the sliding door system during the operation and maintenance are listed and analyzed.Then,the climatic characteristics of the plateau in the Qinghai-Tibet line section are described,and the special high-frequency faults of the plug-in system in this environment are analyzed.Then,the basic theoretical knowledge of fault tree analysis method is introduced,and the main fault tree of plateau plug doors is established on the basis of the theory.Three fault trees including mechanical fault sub-tree,circuit fault sub-tree and gas-circuit fault sub-tree are established,which are used to analyze the bottom events that make the plateau sliding door system fail,and find out the minimum cut set.Using quantitative analysis method,the importance and probability of occurrence of the minimum cut set are calculated.Find urgent problems from the analysis results of the fault tree,formulate corrective measures and preventive measures according to the regulations and the actual conditions of the site,and put them into practical work.Compared with the corresponding failures of the plug door system that will be repaired and repaired in the second half of 2021,the probability of occurrence has dropped significantly.It is proved that the failure analysis and research on the plug door system of the plateau bus has a certain practical value for improving the reliability and safety of the plug door system in the plateau. |
