The national railway operating mileage and high-speed railway mileage will exceed 150,000 kilometers and 40,000 kilometers respectively by the end of 2021,and the national railway freight car ownership will reach 966,000,of which China’s railway freight car ownership is 892,000,accounting for 92.3%,with a load of 70 t and above.The proportion of heavy-duty trucks is increasing year by year.With the increase in freight mileage,freight volume,and freight vehicle ownership,the safety risks of railway freight transportation will also increase.Carrying out safety risk management for the operation and maintenance of railway heavy-duty trucks,identifying safety risks,analyzing causes,evaluating grades,and formulating measures are of great significance for preventing or reducing railway truck transportation safety problems and reducing economic losses.Based on the safety risk management,this paper focuses on the current situation of the operation and maintenance of railway heavy-duty freight vehicles,and carries out the safety risk management of the operation and maintenance of railway heavy-duty freight vehicles.First of all,analyze the current situation and operation methods of railway heavy-duty truck operation and maintenance,as well as the railway truck liability accidents in the past 10 years,and make it clear that people are the most important work unit in the operation and maintenance of railway heavy-duty trucks,and the unstable behavior of people is also An important cause of railway freight car accidents.Secondly,using the professional methods in safety risk management,identify safety risks,carry out grade evaluation,and formulate acceptable controls for the operation and maintenance of railway heavy-duty trucks from four aspects: human factors,physical factors,management factors,and environmental factors.measure.Secondly,it conducts in-depth analysis of the "human factors" involved in safety risks,effectively identifies the specific causes of human errors,and proposes a harmonious "human-machine-environment" harmonious system that is effective in avoiding human errors.Finally,based on the fault incentive data of a truck depot,a clear and perfect incentive system can effectively solve the safety problem of railway heavy-duty trucks’ operation and maintenance,and propose incentive measures for reference.At the end of this paper,it summarizes the safety risk management and control of the operation and maintenance of railway heavy-duty trucks,and looks forward to the next development direction and research.
