At present,the track irregularity management standards at home and abroad mainly focus on the amplitude of single irregularity.However,there are often various types of spatial coupling superposition irregularity on the track site.The influence mechanism of track superposition irregularity on wheel rail contact relationship and train operation quality is more complex,which makes the safe and stable operation of trains have some hidden dangers.In this paper,by constructing the vehicle-track coupling dynamic model,modeling the practical problems with UM simulation software,studying the practical problems through the simulation model,studying the dynamic response of different composite irregularity combination conditions to the vehicle,studying its law and putting forward the corresponding management methods and management values.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)The dynamic simulation models of high-speed EMU,ordinary speed passenger trains and freight trains are established by UM simulation software.The simulation results are compared with the measured dynamic response data.The results show that the measured data are in good agreement with the simulation results.A derailment accident case is introduced to further verify the applicability of the simulation results of the model.(2)By setting different combined conditions of compound irregularity,the lines with7 different speed levels in straight line and curve sections are simulated,and the influence laws of vehicle dynamic response of various combined types of compound irregularity and vertical and horizontal irregularity interval distance in straight line and curve sections are studied respectively.For straight lines: different combined types of composite irregularity basically have no significant influence on the vertical dynamic index,and the orbital level-right alignment composite irregularity has the most obvious increase on the horizontal dynamic response compared with the single irregularity.Except for the lateral acceleration of the vehicle body,the influence range of the vertical and horizontal irregularity superposition effect in the straight section is within 20 m,but the influence range of the lateral acceleration of the vehicle body will increase to 50 m.For the minimum radius curve line of each speed grade: different composite irregularity combination types have no increasing effect on each vertical dynamic index;However,there is a certain increase in the lateral dynamic performance indicators such as derailment coefficient,wheel axle lateral force and vehicle body lateral acceleration.The influence range of vertical and horizontal single irregularity superposition effect in small radius curve section is significantly larger than that in straight line and large radius curve section,and the maximum value also reaches 50 m.(3)Through the UM dynamic simulation calculation method,taking the track compound irregularity model input as the track excitation,the influence law of the compound irregularity value of the straight line and curve section of the normal speed railway on the passenger and freight operation safety is analyzed: the circular gentle point is the most unfavorable position when the curve passes through,and the rail alignment +orbital level combination is the most unfavorable situation that produces the operation safety risk,and the passing safety risk of freight cars and light vehicles is greater than that of passenger trains Loading of freight trains.(4)According to the influence law of different types of composite irregularity on vehicle dynamic response,and referring to the management law of composite irregularity in the United States,the combination of longitudinal irregularity,alignment,orbital level,twist of track,and temporary repair standard value is extracted and summed in 50 m as the value of composite irregularity,which is applied in practice.
