Automobile manufacturing industry plays an important role in social development and national economic improvement.The continuous growth of the automobile ownership in China makes it play an increasingly significant role in driving the related industries.With the government’s environmental regulations introduced and technological breakthroughs made,new energy vehicles have become a new choice for consumers to buy,and many automobile manufacturers start to enter the new energy vehicle market.In order to occupy the emerging market of new energy vehicles quickly and form scale effect,the earlier the production line is built and put into operation,the better the opportunity will be seized,and the market share will be expanded to form a competitive advantage.For this reason,TJ company construct a new energy automobile production base in SX city coastal new-region,which is mainly used for new energy vehicle production,including stamping,welding,painting and assembly workshop and the corresponding supporting system.EN company contract to build a new energy automotive coating production line.using the scientific management method to supervise and control the project schedule,to shorten the construction period and put the project into production have become the urgent needs of the project.In order to meet people’s demand for new energy vehicles,and in order to seize the new energy vehicle market in the southeast coastal areas,the construction schedule management of the coating production line is adopted to ensure the completion and operation of the project as soon as possibl e.First of all,based on the actual needs of the project and combined with the theory of project schedule management,and the existing problems are analyzed from the aspects of unclear construction process,conflict of construction organization,lag of the previous construction period and so on.The main content of the project construction schedule management and schedule requirements are defined,the organizational structure of the project schedule management is constructed.The factors affecting the project schedule,such as personnel factor,machine tool factor,equipment and material supply factor,process factor,environment factor,etc.are identified and analyzed in detail.Secondly,the work breakdown structure(WBS)method is applied,determining the activities list of the project,the construction sequence of project activities,the duration of project activities.Draw schedule network diagram on the basis of the relationship between the various engineering work.Determine the project critical path by calculating the total float,then calculated the preliminary schedule of the project.In order to make the construction period shorter and the project cost less,the project schedule is optimized to meet the requirements by optimizing the process of supplier selection,batch delivery and adjusting the activity sequence.Design linear programming mathematical model,get the lowest investment,correct the progress deviation,in order to ensure the engineering progress plan optimization is scientific,and improve the engineering construction benefit.Finally,in order to make the progress management of the painting production line construction project complete smoothly,the guarantee measures of this project progress management are put forward from three aspects of organizational guarantee,technical guarantee and safety guarantee,so as to provide support for the project progress optimization.We shorten the construction period,reduce the consumption of resources,meet the needs of customers,through the scientific and reasonable construction schedule control.
