Abstract/Summary:
Line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor(LSPMSM)has the advantages of simple structure,small size,high power factor,high efficiency,reliable operation,etc.At present,it is widely used in various industrial fields such as metallurgy,textile,petroleum and so on.It is one of the research hotspots in the field of motor and has high scientific research value.This dissertation starts with the stator and rotor structure,permanent magnet size,electromagnetic load,air gap magnetic field distribution,armature winding,etc.,combined with the conventional permanent magnet synchronous motor electromagnetic design method,according to the requirements of the motor performance index,design a rated voltage a 4-pole LSPMSM with 10 k V,rated power of 280 k W,and rated speed of 1500r/min.The electromagnetic design parameters of the motor are used to establish a finite element model.And through simulation,the magnetic field distribution at different times under no-load and load conditions of the motor is obtained,and three key coefficients of no-load magnetic leakage coefficient,pole arc coefficient and air gap flux waveform coefficient are solved.This dissertation will focus on the analysis of the starting performance of the LSPMSM.The finite element software is used to establish the model of the motor.Given the boundary conditions and excitation source of the finite element calculation,the speed,torque,stator winding current,eddy current loss and other waveforms of the motor are obtained through the finite element simulation and the starting process of LSPMSM is accurately reflected;This paper discusses the influence of power supply voltage fluctuation,air gap length,rotor slot depth and other factors on the starting performance of LSPMSM,which provides an important basis for the optimization design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,reducing its pulsating torque and improving the starting torque.Finally,the LSPMSM is simulated by changing the slot shape of permanent magnet,permanent magnet material,angle between permanent magnets,distance between permanent magnets,distance between weight reducing hole and inner diameter of rotor.Considering the influence of flux leakage on the peak torque of LSPMSM,the peak torque of motor is deeply analyzed.
