| As an important part of bearing preloading,compressible spacer is widely used in drive axle main reducer assembly and hub unit assembly.According to the axial force characteristic curve of compressible spacer,it can be divided into elastic compressible spacer and nonlinear compressible spacer.In order to improve the assembly efficiency and se rvice life of the assembly,it is necessary to pre tighten the bearing properly.Therefore,it is very important to study the compressible spacer with different performance.Firstly,the background of the compressible spacer and the research status of the compressible spacer at home and abroad were analyzed.Then,combined with the theoretical knowledge of mechanical design,the axial force of the compressible spacer in the work was derived and calculated theoretically.According to different use scenarios,taking an S-type compressible spacer as the research object,aiming at two different axial force characteristic curves of elastic compressible spacer and nonlinear compressible spacer,the slope of characteristic curve,the maximum Mises stress,the difference between the maximum axial force in the compression process and the axial force at the end of compression and the maximum equivalent plastic strain were simulated and analyzed,respectively,and some performance was taken as the goal of optimization d esign.Secondly,based on the results of finite element simulation analysis,the orthogonal test and response surface model of elastic compressible spacer and nonlinear compressible spacer were established respectively.Taking the geometric parameters of compressible spacer as design variables and the performance of compressible spacer as optimization objective,the second generation non inferior sorting genetic algorithm was used for multi-objective optimization,and the optimized Pareto front-end was obtained.The relative error between the response surface method and the finite element method was less than 5%.The response surface method was more reliable than the finite element method.Finally,according to the sample of the compressible spacer provided by a vehicle bridge factory,the compression experiment of the compressible spacer was carried out,and the experimental results were close to the simulation analysis results of the elastic compressible spacer,which verifie d the effectiveness of the simulation analysis of the compressible spacer. |
