The construction industry has developed vigorously in recent years,and the demand for labor has gradually increased,but the total supply of labor has gradually decreased in the past two years.This requires project managers to further optimize labor efficiency in engineering projects and ensure the completion of the project.At the same time as the goal,improve the efficiency of labor utilization.This thesis comprehensively uses the theories and technologies of multiple disciplines such as multi-objective planning management in operations research and intelligent algorithm research in computer science and technology to systematically study the labor force under resource-constrained conditions from three levels of theory,method and application.The optimization problem of efficiency.The aim is to determine the optimal labor improvement coefficient for each process in the project to ensure a balanced use of resources,which can effectively shorten the project duration.The main tasks are as follows:(1)By analyzing the change trend and mathematical relationship of the balance of construction period,cost,and resource use in the process of improving labor efficiency,the functional relationship between labor efficiency and the balance of construction period,cost,and resource use is established,and the objective function is constructed and targeted at the characteristics of construction projects,setting constraints,so as to establish a mathematical model for optimization of labor efficiency under resource-constrained conditions.(2)Aiming at the multi-objective attributes of the labor efficiency optimization model under resource-constrained conditions,using the maximum and minimum theory to select the S-type membership function to fuzzify each objective,and transform the model into a single-objective optimization problem for solving maximum satisfaction,which verifies the effectiveness of the S-type membership function in multi-objective problems.(3)To solve the single-objective optimization model with reference to the traditional water wave optimization algorithm,and to solve the local optimization problem of the algorithm,the chaos optimization strategy and the elite reverse learning strategy are introduced to strengthen the global search ability and reduce the optimization time of the algorithm.Finally,based on the above theory and research methods,the model is applied to a mechanical building project in a university to verify.It is calculated that in the case of the optimal combination of labor efficiency improvement coefficients,the project construction period can be effectively shortened by 9% when the balanced use of resources is ensured;and compared with the classic water wave algorithm,the improved water wave algorithm solves the local convergence problem with higher convergence accuracy,and at the same time The improved algorithm has fewer iterations and faster calculation convergence,which provides a reasonable decision-making basis for resource-constrained project scheduling problems considering labor efficiency.
