| Highway Supervision Company plays an essential role in China’s highway construction.However,there are still many problems in the current employee incentive mechanism of such enterprises,especially compared with the excellent supervision enterprises all over the world.There are many deficiencies in the incentive mechanism of X Company,which can be summarized as follows.At present,the core of the incentive mechanism implemented by X Company is the salary incentive mechanism.However,compared with other supervision enterprises,the salary level set by the Company has no advantage,but is relatively low,and its salary structure and assessment mechanism are lack of rationality;As far as employees are concerned,their promotion channels and systems need to be further designed and refined in order to effectively eliminate the "official standard" and other administrative sequences and make the promotion channels more advantageous;In terms of training,the Company did not pay enough attention,and both funds and plans were very limited.How to reconstruct and improve the employee incentive mechanism to ensure its effective implementation and follow-up effect evaluation is the key research problem of the current company.Taking the internal employees of X Company as the research object,this paper uses a series of methods such as contribution analysis,normative analysis and questionnaire survey to deeply excavate and explore the implementation of the former incentive mechanism of the Company,and clarify and trace the core problems;From both macro and micro perspectives,we should have a deep understanding of the current human resources situation of the Company,so as to design the mechanism structure at the macro level and optimize the mechanism content at the micro level,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and tap their greater potential,so as to realize the effective improvement of the human resources strength of the enterprise.To ensure the effective implementation of the new incentive policy,X Company needs to make a solution plan in advance.Considering the possible discomfort,such as resistance and questioning,publicity and awareness enhancement before implementation,strengthen the process management of mechanism implementation to ensure that the results are satisfactory,so as to ensure that the final incentive mechanism can be implemented,and provide example reference for follow-up research through the implementation of this scheme. |
