Nowadays,the social economy is developing rapidly,the industrial structure is constantly upgrading,and the speed of urban construction is accelerating.The old industrial park occupies an excellent geographical position in the city.However,due to its backward industry and imperfect facilities,it cannot play its due value and even become a city.Obstacles to development.With the progress of my country’s science and technology industry,a large number of high-tech industries such as computers,artificial intelligence,and electronic communications are developing rapidly.They need industrial clusters with geographical advantages to promote the coordinated development of high-tech industries.There are many successful cases of transforming old industrial parks into high-tech industrial parks at home and abroad.In the transformation and construction of the park,the landscape is the key part of the transformation.Excellent park landscape planning can provide staff with a high-quality working and living environment,stimulate the inspiration and creativity of high-tech personnel,and help attract outstanding enterprises to settle in,promote urban industrial agglomeration and economic development,and contribute to formation A city with intensive resources,economic growth,and ecological harmony.In this context,this article puts forward the thinking on the research problem of "landscape planning and design based on the transformation of old industrial parks into high-tech industrial parks".The thesis first determines the direction of the research topic and related concepts,and discusses the feasibility and significance of the combination of the two.Secondly,it analyzes the influencing factors of the transformation of the old industrial park,the design premise of the landscape planning of the high-tech industrial park,and related guiding policies,and proposes to consider the five aspects of the park’s functional layout,road system,open space,architecture,and landscape sketches.Summarize the landscape planning and design strategy of high-tech industrial park based on the transformation of old industrial park Finally,this article takes the Zhuanyang Private Science and Technology Industrial Park in Wuhan as an example,analyzes the location of the park and its base profile,and proposes to build a complex industrial park with modern comprehensive urban functions.In the process of landscape planning and design of the park,the author applies the above-mentioned theories and transformation strategies to the practice of mid-projects,aiming to provide reference and thinking for the landscape planning and design of transformation high-tech industrial parks.
