| With the rapid development of China’s construction industry, the level of construction industry has been in a leading position in the world. However, while brilliant achievements have been made, the problems of resource waste and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent.China now vigorously advocates sustainable development,so developing prefabricated buildings is the core of China’s future construction industry.Prefabricated building is a typical green industry, which can save energy while reducing environmental pollution. However, prefabricated buildings in China are still in the developing stage. At present, the level of prefabricated buildings can not meet the needs of the development of construction industry. One of the important factors restricting the development of prefabricated building construction technology is the connection of shear wall plate-beam joints, which also has a direct impact on the stability of reinforced concrete structures of prefabricated buildings. In this paper, the research status of joints of assembled concrete structures at home and abroad is summarized, and the existing joint connection forms of assembled monolithic concrete structures are summarized. On this basis,a new connection mode of prefabricated concrete shear wall plate-beam joint is put forward, and the low cyclic loading test of the new joint specimen is carried out.The ABAQUS finite element software is used to model and compare the new joint and the whole cast-in-place joint respectively. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A new type of prefabricated concrete shear wall plate-beam joint is proposed.(2)The low-cycle reciprocating load test of the new joint specimen is carried out,and the actual failure process and failure mode of the specimen are obtained.(3)By using the finite element software ABAQUS,the new prefabricated concrete shear wall slab-beam joint and integral cast-in-place joint model are numerically simulated, and the bearing capacity, ductility coefficient, hysteretic curve, skeleton curve and failure mode of the new prefabricated concrete shear wall joint and integral cast-in-place joint are obtained, and their mechanical properties are compared and analyzed. |
