| With the augmentation of the people environmental protection consciousness,the development of renewable energy,to achieve a low carbon economy become the consensus of human social development,but in low carbon energy system,energy efficient utilization,the power system stability is a difficult problem to be solved in this field,this has given rise to a integrated energy service providers.IESP can not only improve energy efficiency and maintain grid stability,but also meet users’ demands for different types of energy.However,there are many problems in the theory and technology of power grid dispatching related to integrated energy service providers.In view of this,this paper systematically studies the service system,source-charge dispatching technology,economic modeling,source-charge coordinated dispatching algorithm and other issues related to integrated energy services.The main work and research results of the paper are as follows:1.Based on the definition of integrated energy services and integrated energy concepts such as service system,analyzing the comprehensive energy service provider source side resources and wind power,on the basis of given mechanism,proposed a wind farm and integrated energy services joint operation scheme.The paper also studies and sorts out the related technologies involved in the source-charge dispatching of the integrated energy service providers and points out that the key of the coordinated source-charge dispatching of the integrated energy service providers is the system modeling and scheduling algorithm.2.Aiming at the problem that the current economic modeling of integrated energy service providers has only one factor to consider,an economic modeling method that takes into account the total factors of the system is established.Firstly,The operation characteristics of different types of source and load equipment in the integrated energy service provider system are systematically analyzed by modeling and analysis method.Secondly,based on the analysis of carbon trading mechanism,a two-stage method for calculating the carbon emission of integrated energy service providers is proposed,and the carbon emission cost is mathematically described.Finally,the total factor economic model of the comprehensive energy service provider is established under the condition of comprehensively considering the sales revenue of the comprehensive energy service provider,the cost of electricity purchase,the cost of flexible load compensation,the cost of equipment operation and the cost of carbon emission.3.In view of the problem that the traditional elementary particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)tends to appear the local optimization when solving IESP model,which leads to the low system scheduling economy,this paper proposes an improved PSO which dynamically adjusts the inertia weight factor and learning factor.A practical example shows that the algorithm will not fall into local optimum and can effectively improve the speed and accuracy of solving IESP model,because the inertia weight factor is dynamically adjusted by the chaotic formula,the learning factor is adjusted by the adaptive method,and the diversity of particle population is increased by the new mutation method.Compared with the traditional integrated energy service provider model,the model proposed in this paper not only has higher consumption level of wind power,but also has better economy. |
