Research On Financial Risk Early Warning Of ZOTYE Automobile Co.,Ltd.based On Efficacy Coefficient Method

In recent years,China has made great progress in economy,science and other aspects,and the automobile manufacturing industry also has a good development.However,affected by national policies,market environment,materials,oil prices and other aspects,the automobile manufacturing industry showed a downward trend in 2016.In 2020,affected by the epidemic at home and abroad,the overall level of automobile manufacturing industry will continue to decline.As one of the pillar industries of China’s economy,the continuous downturn and recession of the automobile manufacturing industry will cause financial risks and damage the real economy.Therefore,the research on financial risk early warning has certain practical significance to the automobile manufacturing industry.This thesis selects ZOTYE automobile as the research object,constructs the financial risk early warning system for ZOTYE automobile through entropy weight method and efficacy coefficient method,and then makes early warning for the future financial risk status of the enterprise,analyzes the existing risks and puts forward relevant preventive suggestions.Firstly,the development of ZOTYE automobile in recent years is analyzed,from which the possible risks of the enterprise are identified.Secondly,the thesis selects the indicators from 2 aspects and5 levels of financial and non-financial aspects by using the method of entropy weight,and constructs the financial risk early warning indicator system and assigns values.Thirdly,based on the improved efficacy coefficient method,the comprehensive evaluation score of the year and the corresponding police situation are obtained.On this basis,the early warning results are compared with the historical situation to verify the accuracy of the efficacy coefficient method early warning system.Fourthly,based on the moving average method,we forecast the business situation in the next two years.Finally,according to the early warning results,the thesis puts forward targeted preventive measures for ZOTYE automobile in terms of financial risk control.The thesis has 10 pictures,37 tables,and 53 references.
