With the global spread of new coronary pneumonia in 2019,public health has become a topic of great concern in all regions.According to the requirements of vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology,this article designs and develops a vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization equipment.This article analyzes the vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization process,draws on various research results at home and abroad,and based on the principle of "high efficiency,green and economy",the main structure of the sterilization equipment,atomization system,vaporization system and temperature control system Conducted analysis and research.Use Solidworks three-dimensional design software to design vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization equipment.An atomization system with a Venturi tube as the core is designed in the sterilization equipment;electric heating is used to perform forced convection heat transfer of the atomization medium to prepare vaporized hydrogen peroxide,and the heater power is calculated;the heating is performed by the temperature control system The temperature control of the device can improve the vaporization effect.The FLUENT software was used to analyze the sterilization of the room model with length,width and height of 4m,5m and 3.5m respectively,and the UDF module was used to simulate the working conditions of the equipment nozzle,and the numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the sterilized space was completed.Using the concentration sensor probe and the sterilization equipment prototype,the concentration distribution of vaporized hydrogen peroxide at the sterilization position was tested in real time during the 20 min sterilization process in a 4mx5mx3.5m room,and the results were compared with the simulation results,and the results verified The correctness of the numerical simulation results also verifies the accuracy of using UDF to describe the actual operating conditions of the nozzle.Through simulation analysis and field test,the distribution law of vaporized hydrogen peroxide concentration in different positions in the room was obtained,and the results showed that the uniformity of vaporized hydrogen peroxide concentration distribution was very poor.In order to improve the efficiency of sterilization,the spray speed and angle of the nozzle of the equipment have been optimized.The results show that the sterilization efficiency is the highest when the nozzle shooting speed is 5m/s and the angle is-18°~-15°.Compared with the equipment nozzle shooting speed of 1.5 m/s and the spray angle of +45°,the efficiency is improved by 55 % Above,the optimization effect is very obvious.
