In recent years,UAV systems have been widely used in military and civilian scenarios.In order to meet the information interaction and data transmission of multiple drones in the UAV system,a highly reliable routing protocol is needed.However,in the UAV ad hoc network,the routing protocol faces the following problems: the high-speed movement of the UAV makes the network topology frequently change,how to find the best route in the rapidly changing topology,and how does the protocol take into account multiple influencing factors? To make routing decisions,the energy of the nodes in the UAV is limited,how to extend the survival time of the network as much as possible,etc.Aiming at the problems faced by the UAV ad hoc network routing protocol,this paper combines fuzzy logic and reinforcement learning technology to design a flexible and highly reliable routing protocol.This article first analyzes the basic principles and key technologies of the three traditional routing protocols,and points out their advantages and disadvantages.Then the related knowledge of fuzzy logic and reinforcement learning are introduced,and the related formulas of Markov decision process are deduced.Furthermore,on the basis of AODV,this article combines fuzzy logic to analyze related factors that affect routing,and uses reinforcement learning methods to propagate and learn link quality to help nodes make optimal routing choices.Finally,this paper designs a drone movement model based on real routes,and implements the routing protocol proposed in this paper in the network simulator NS-3,and simulates and tests the data packet’s delivery rate,end-to-end delay,network survival time and other indicators of this protocol and other traditional routing protocols in different scenarios.The simulation results show that this protocol can provide better network performance than other protocols.The research in this paper has done some exploration work on the practical application of wireless ad hoc network routing protocol in UAV system.
