| With the development of national urbanization and the increasing urban population, public travel in cities has become the preferred travel plan for commuters, and the original public travel tools have gradually become difficult to meet people’s travel needs. In order to supplement the city’s public travel capacity, customized public transport projects have emerged.Traditional customized public transport uses online questionnaires to collect the travel needs of passengers. The demand samples obtained in this way are small and the accuracy is low.In turn, problems such as insufficient supply of capacity during peak periods, waste of capacity during non-rush periods, and relatively low inputoutput ratio have arisen. This article will focus on the above-mentioned issues to research on developing customized bus route planning and scheduling planning.First of all, this article collects IC card swiping data for public travel in Singapore and GPS positioning data for the site.Use the time-space model to analyze and identify users’ travel patterns then construct site characteristics. For each station, the K-means method is used for clustering operation,4138 bus stations are aggregated into 50 areas, and the geometric center point of the area is set as a candidate station for customized traffic.Taking into account the number of travelers and construction cost, the objective function is designed, and combined with the constraints of route length and covered population,a multi-objective optimization model of customized bus route selection is constructed. The model selects 11 stations in Singapore and establishes 14 customized bus routes. After that, the travel demand of passengers is discretized, and the travel demand is dispersed into minute-level variables.Taking a customized bus route between 36-12 stops as an example, considering the operating income and the satisfaction of passenger demand,a scheduling model is established to explore the scheduling strategy between 17-20 o’clock in the evening peak on the route. The model arranges a total of 21 bus trips for the line, carrying all 675 passengers. Finally, the impact of the three key parameters of fare, departure cost, and passenger utility coefficient on planning is explored.Among them, the fare has a significant impact on route planning, and the number of routes that can be opened increases significantly when the fare increases. The departure cost will obviously affect the departure frequency, and the operating company begins to lose money when the cost reaches 350 yuan. The operating company can adjust the appropriate passenger utility coefficient based on the actual situation. |
