| The project in this thesis is located in Yimin Town,Ewenki Autonomous Banner,Hulunbuir City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.It is a buffer warehouse project for the supplementary improvement of coal production in Yimin Open-pit Mine of Huaneng Yimin Coal and Electricity Co.,Ltd.The project is composed of two silos with an inner diameter of 26 meters.In this thesis,the three-dimensional steel truss formwork system and the three-dimensional steel truss composite beam formwork system are designed for the main girder of the flat roof silo.The system uses the original waste silo rigid sliding platform radiation beam truss as raw material to design,which not only effectively uses the idle waste materials,but also meets the engineering needs.In this thesis,the design calculation and engineering real-time test of three-dimensional steel truss and three-dimensional steel truss composite beam in formwork system are carried out.This thesis mainly studies from the following aspects :(1)The finite element software was used to establish the overall finite element model of the three-dimensional steel truss and the three-dimensional steel truss composite beam,and the finite element analysis under different working conditions was carried out.Two types of three-dimensional steel truss formwork systems were designed.(2)The key technical problems caused by the construction of two types of three-dimensional steel truss formwork system and concrete pouring construction are analyzed,and reasonable construction schemes are formulated.According to the finite element analysis of the die frame,the test scheme of the die frame was determined.During the construction of silo roof,the stress and deformation of truss members are tested in real time.The test results show that the three-dimensional steel truss members meet the design requirements.(3)The finite element analysis value and the field test value were compared to verify the correctness of the finite element simulation and parameter selection,and the reasons for the error between the field test value and the theoretical simulation results were analyzed.According to the comparative analysis of the results of the two types of formwork systems,it can be seen that the formwork system of the three-dimensional steel truss composite beam has small stress,good stress distribution and large safety reserve,which provides a more economical and safe construction scheme for the pouring of the main beam of the flat roof silo in the future. |
