In this paper,based on the vehicle model established by vehicle dynamics simulation software,and after in-depth research and analysis on the control strategy of vehicle electromagnetic suspension,a co-simulation platform for electromagnetic suspension is established.The passive suspension of the vehicle model in the simulation software is controlled by the electromagnetic suspension co-simulation platform and replaced by the vehicle electromagnetic suspension.Then the control effect of electromagnetic suspension and passive suspension under multi-limit conditions is compared.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the continuous random road excitation mathematical model and discrete pulse road excitation mathematical model are established by using the filtered white noise method,and the corresponding road excitation data are generated.The 3D road model reconstruction method of Matlab is used to import the model data into the vehicle dynamics simulation software.The 3D road models of random road,sinusoidal road and deceleration pulse road are built by this method.Secondly,the parameter characteristics of the vehicle dynamics simulation software modeling system are based on the relevant parameters of a SUV experimental vehicle.The real vehicle road experiment is carried out on the tested vehicle in the campus experimental test site,and the vehicle model of the SUV experimental vehicle is built under the same working conditions as the experiment.The vehicle model accuracy of the vehicle dynamics simulation software is verified by comparing the vehicle experiment with the open-loop simulation results of the vehicle model.Thirdly,the external interface of the vehicle dynamics simulation software is expanded,and the vehicle dynamics simulation software is combined with Simulink to establish electromagnetic suspension co-simulation platform.The co-simulation platform is closer to the driving situation of the actual vehicle.Finally,according to the dynamic characteristics of vehicle electromagnetic suspension,PID controller and LQR controller are designed.PID controller and LQR controller are respectively connected to the modular damping system on the two co-simulation platforms,and the co-simulation control of electromagnetic suspension and the simulation results of vehicle passive suspension are compared according to the four typical extreme conditions in this paper.The results show that the joint simulation platform of LQR controller electromagnetic suspension has more obvious control effect on the dynamic characteristics of vehicle electromagnetic suspension under extreme conditions.
