| With the development of the technological age,the traditional manufacturing industry has gradually entered a bottleneck period.Today’s increasingly intensified market competition,increasingly personalized customer needs,diversified and concise production quickly occupy the market.Due to the characteristics of product individuation,manufacturing companies not only need to configure the production system scientifically,but also need to realize that the "human" factor is becoming a bottleneck factor restricting the improvement of production efficiency.In actual production,only the design of production equipment is considered,and the limit of the operator’s mental workload is ignored.The result is bound to affect production efficiency and product quality,which also violates the concept of human factors engineering.In view of this,this article considers one of the "human factors" factors as a starting point to study the relationship between the operator’s brain fatigue and work time and work difficulty,and the improvement plan given is more in line with the actual production of the workshop.The specific work is as follows:(1)This article takes a car seat foaming line operator as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the work from the perspective of human error,finds the processes that are prone to brain fatigue,and uses E-prime software to design the experimental process.Perform simulation experiments on this process to collect subjective data,behavioral data and EEG signals of the operator.(2)Use the NASA-TLX subjective evaluation scale to perform statistical analysis on the operator’s subjective data;use the trend chart to perform statistical analysis on the behavioral data collected by the software;use the subjective fatigue scale to classify the fatigue level;use the eeglab toolbox to The EEG signal is preprocessed,and the fatigue EEG is processed by power spectrum analysis and wavelet packet decomposition.At the same time,the relative energy value of the rhythm wave and the sample entropy value under different time periods and different experimental difficulties are extracted for fatigue analysis.From an objective point of view,it explored the close relationship between the operator’s brain fatigue and the work time and the work difficulty,and obtained the appropriate work time and work difficulty.(3)Combined with the experimental results and actual production,corresponding improvement suggestions were given to the seat foaming workshop.Finally,compare the subjective data,behavioral data,relative energy ratio and sample entropy changes before and after the improvement,and evaluate the improvement to verify the improvement effect.This article not only enriches the theoretical research of EEG signals in the manufacturing industry,but also completes and supplements the analysis of fatigue EEG signals.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the EEG signal,the process that causes the brain fatigue of the workers in the actual production line is analyzed,which provides a new perspective for the research of brain fatigue in the manufacturing field.It plays an important role in improving the physical and mental health of operators and improving work efficiency.It sets a reasonable schedule for work and rest,provides an effective way to improve brain fatigue,and has certain practical significance. |
