Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Biomass Power Enterprise Based On Business Model

China’s coal-based energy structure determines that there is a strong synergy between carbon reduction and pollution reduction.Accelerating energy transformation and promoting coordinated pollution reduction and carbon reduction at the source is the only way to achieve high-level ecological and environmental protection.As an important part of ecological construction,biomass power generation needs to solve the financial performance problems of its listed companies.In this paper,three different biomass power generation enterprises are taken as the research objects.Based on the three theories of ecological cycle,system synergy and business model,business and finance are integrated,and a financial performance evaluation system characterized by an operation-led and asset-heavy model for biomass power generation enterprises is constructed.First introduced the enterprise basic situation of the industrial chain and analyzes its suppliers,customers and the source of income differences,and then introduces its upstream and downstream from the perspective of financial relationship management,important cooperation partner and employee rights and interests of investors and other four sorts of business model,and then to its inventory,fixed assets,projects,project cost longitudinal analysis,finally from the cost of production,the use efficiency of assets and the overall profitability of assets three sides facing the three companies make a horizontal contrast analysis of the summary.The conclusions are as follows: First,biomass power generation enterprises have problems such as government default on subsidized electricity price,high customer concentration and supplier dependence,and unstable financing capacity;Second,compared with the other two companies,Sunenergy can work hard to maintain customer relationships and keep important partnerships stable.Third,the company focuses on power generation,improving power generation efficiency and profitability.Minhe Biology focuses on expanding the sales of organic fertilizer business,broaden the sales market;The core of Jiecheng Energy is waste incineration power generation business.Fourth,the company’s focus on power generation enables it to perform well in the cost control of raw materials and production operations.Therefore,it is suggested that biomass power generation enterprises should seek the development of supporting industries on the premise of developing their main business,superior business and core business.At last,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of biomass power generation industry from the aspects of policy environment,technological innovation and focus on main industry.
