| Since the founding of the People’s Republic of my country in 1949,China’s rural living conditions have undergone tremendous changes. The rapid development of urban-rural integration has further promoted drastic changes in rural economy, technology, and culture. The rural self-built houses have undergone tremendous changes. To understand this law of change and seek a suitable construction direction is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently in the promotion of rural construction in our country.Jiamusi Yonghong Village is located in the northeastern plain of my country. It belongs to a severely cold climate area. The natural environment has obvious characteristics.Rural houses have long been highlighted as adaptability to the cold climate. In recent years, the integration of urban and rural areas has been gradually promoted, the economic and technical conditions in rural areas have been significantly improved, the original way of life has been broken, and the adaptability requirements faced by buildings have become higher and higher. In the face of rapid iterative infrastructure and modern housing needs, the development of rural housing has a certain lag and short-term incompatibility.Faced with this problem, this article takes Yonghong Village as an example to study the evolution of self-built houses in the northeast cold agricultural village since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, under the common influence of natural environment(long-term factors),social culture, and economic technology(short-term factors).Mechanism, and refine the evolution mode and trend of architecture,so as to put forward the key points of cold rural residential design that adapt to contemporary sustainable development goals. The overall research of this article can be divided into three parts:The first part(introduction)is the research background and the status quo of related theories.Summarize and sort out the research status, and put forward the research significance of this article. The second step(Chapters 2,3,and 4)is the analysis of the mechanism elements.First, sort out the three environmental elements of Yonghong Village’s natural environment, social culture, economic technology(Chapter 2).Then,based on field investigation, the evolution of self-built houses in Yonghong Village is divided into three stages, and the evolution process and development status of self-built houses in the village are systematically analyzed and sorted out: respectively introduce the facade form of the farm house, the construction of building materials,The adaptive evolution law of several external morphological elements of decoration and decoration in various periods, analysis of the selection effect of the environment in the evolution of the self-built houses in Yonghong Village(Chapter 3)Then comprehensively analyze the characteristics of the internal space of the house, extract and focus on the analysis of the key spaces and direct influence factors in the evolution of the kitchen, hall, bathroom, and solar house in the farm house of Yonghong Village.Combining the evolution of the specific three typical farm houses, discuss the evolution The rationality of the process leads to the conclusion that the adaptability of self-built houses in contemporary Yonghong Village is highlighted as the driving force of the rapidly changing economy and technology(Chapter 4).The third part(Chapter 5)is a summary of mechanism combing and design principles. The adaptation of architecture is the result of the joint choice of natural environment, social culture, economy and technology;in the context of the rapid development of urban-rural integration, relatively low-cost equipment and facilities have entered the homes of thousands of farmers, becoming the promotion of self-built houses in cold regions. The main driving force for the development of internal space, the residential concept of rural households’ urbanization plays a key role in regulating;in response to the adaptability problems of Yonghong Village in the current environment,we try to explore the evolution of self-built houses in cold regions based on the characteristics of adaptability mechanisms. The core direction of control. |
