| With China’s economic and social development to a certain height,in order to ensure the sustainable development of economy,but also to ensure the health of people’s lives,the national requirements for environmental protection work continue to strengthen,among which the protection of rivers and lakes as an important part of the ecological environment construction,is the focus of the national government work.In recent years,the Ministry of Water Resources has repeatedly carried out nationwide inspections of rivers and lakes,requiring the provincial water conservancy departments to rectify the problems of unauthorized occupation,mining,piling and construction around local rivers and lakes.While the state strengthens the protection of rivers and lakes,it also brings new challenges to management of river-lake in the provinces.How to carry out the current high-frequency,large-scale,strict-demand of river-lake remediation actions is the primary problem to be solved by the provincial water conservancy departments.Therefore,with the help of information technology,the research and development of efficient and transparent river-lake management system has become a new direction to promote the development of river-lake management.Based on the computing resources provided by the National Supercomputing Center of Changsha,this paper designs and implements the river-lake management subsystem according to the work needs of water conservancy departments in Hunan Province.In the infrastructure,by using the physical server of Supercomputing Center to build a Kubernetes-based cloud platform,not only make better use of idle resources of Supercomputing Center,provided stable and easy-to-use computing services,but also meet the deployment needs of river-lake management information system.In the system development,according to the current main needs of water conservancy departments,the river-lake management information system is divided into three subsystems: river-lake inspection processing,river-lake information query and river-lake data analysis.Through the functions of information submission,verification processing and data query developed by Android mobile terminal,and combined with the functions of audit management and data analysis developed by Web page terminal,the full-process information management of river-lake inspection and the map based river-lake information query and display are realized,solves the problems of opaque river-lake inspection process and inconvenient river-lake information query.In addition,this paper expounds the demands and design of the system through various tools such as use case diagram,use case description table,design drawing and data structure table,etc.At last,it shows the main interface and code of the system,and verifies the function and performance of the system through system testing.After the trial operation of water conservancy departments in Hunan Province,the system provides stable services based on the cloud platform,improves the status quo of inefficiency and untimely treatment of relevant personnel in river-lake remediation actions,promotes the river-lake management level of the department,and contributed to the development of environmental protection work in China. |
