| In the rail vehicle converter box,the aerodynamic noise generated by the centrifugal fan used for ventilation is the main noise source of the box.To reduce the overall noise of the cabinet,it is necessary to study the aerodynamic noise characteristics of the centrifugal fan.Due to the large size of the converter box,The aerodynamic noise simulation or experiment of the whole converter box takes a long time.Therefore,for this dilemma,this article applies surrogate model technology to the modeling and prediction of fan noise,and develops a rapid prediction software for aerodynamic noise of the converter cabinet based on the proxy model to guide the converter cabinet Design and development.The specific research content of this paper is as follows:1)This paper develops a general software package for rapid modeling based on surrogate model.This software aims to provide a simple and convenient operation platform for users in need.The software includes surrogate model methods,such as Kriging,support vector regression,radial basis functions,etc.A variety of surrogate models and model parameters are available for users to choose from.The fitting effect of the model is visually displayed in the software interf ace in the form of graphs and tables.2)This article has developed a customized software package for quickly modeling the aerodynamic noise characteristics of the conversion cabinet.According to the data characteristics of the aerodynamic noise of the fa n in the converter box,a multi-output module is designed in the rapid modeling software.For training data with multiple outputs,the software automatically matches the model and parameters to build a surrogate model,and strives to find an approximate mo del that is suitable for the best fitting effect of noise data at different frequencies.3)The aerodynamic noise characteristics of the fan in the converter box are studied,and the customized software package is applied to the modeling and prediction of the aerodynamic noise of the fan.Using STAR-CCM+ and Actran for joint simulation,the flow field and sound field inside the air duct and fan impeller were analyzed.Taking the speed,static pressure and flow of the centrifugal fan as the design variables,and the one-third octave sound pressure level as the output,it is imported into a customized software package for modeling and prediction.The results show that the built fitting model can reflect the aerodynamic noise characteristics of the fan at different frequencies,and the model prediction results have guiding significance for the overall noise reduction design of the converter box. |
