The future development of the construction industry is inseparable from industrialization and modernization.The application of prefabricated system is an important basis for realizing the industrialization and modernization of construction,and it is in line with the green building and sustainable development strategy of our country.Concrete shear wall with concealed steel truss combines the advantages of concrete and steel materials,which can significantly improve the seismic behavior of shear wall.However,there is still a lack of research on precast concrete shear wall with concealed steel truss.In order to comply with the development of national building industrialization and further improve the seismic behavior of precast RC shear wall,a kind of precast steel truss RC shear wall with hidden column embedded with the H-shaped steel,in which top-and-seat angle connection and bonded-bolted hybrid joints were adopted respectively for the vertical connection at the flange and web of H-shaped steel,and a kind of precast steel truss RC shear wall with hidden column embedded with the circular steel tube,in which the circular steel tube is welded with the end-plate of wall bottom,were proposed and designed.Through the quasi-static tests and ABAQUS finite element analysis of the above two shear walls,the seismic behavior of these shear walls was systematically studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The failure modes,hysteretic curves,bearing capacities,ductility coefficients,residual deformations,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacities of the two specimens were obtained by the quasi-static tests.We knew through tests that the bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity and ductility coefficient of precast steel truss RC shear wall with hidden column embedded with the H-shaped steel were better than those of the wall with hidden column embedded with the circular steel tube,and the vertical connection of H-shaped steel in this paper was more reliable and has better ability to transfer stress at assembly joint than the vertical connection of the circular steel tube,which could guarantee the integrity of precast shear wall.(2)The ABAQUS finite element models of two precast steel truss RC shear walls were established.The skeleton curves obtained by monotonous loading of the two specimen models can fit well with the test results.The effectiveness of the ABAQUS models of two precast shear walls were verified.(3)On the basis of verifying the validity of the models and keeping other parameters unchanged,the axial compression,steel content and strength of steel truss,reinforcement ratio of concealed column in the two shear wall models were changed to analyze and calculate the models.The simulation results showed that the stiffness and bearing capacities of the precast steel truss RC walls would greatly improve with the increase of axial compression ratio,but the ductility coefficients would be reduced;Increasing the steel ratio or steel strength of steel truss can improve the bearing capacities of shear walls to a certain extent,and the ductility coefficients of shear walls can also be improved;When the reinforcement ratio of concealed column increases,the bearing capacities of precast shear walls increase obviously,but when the reinforcement ratio is too high,the specimens are prone to brittle failure,which is unfavorable to the ductility of shear walls.
