In recent years,China’s wind power industry has developed rapidly.The number and scale of wind farms are expanding nationwide,and the location of wind farms is becoming more and more remote.The ensuing operation and maintenance costs will continue to rise,and the outage loss of wind turbines caused by maintenance is also increasing.Faced with the development of wind power industry,the traditional manual inspection method has been unable to meet the requirements of safety and efficiency of daily inspection of wind turbines.With the continuous development of rotary-wing UAV technology,the application of UAV in the field of electric power inspection has become a research hotspot at home and abroad,and has high practical value and commercial value.In this thesis,based on the current wind power inspection requirements,the use of unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)for checking the overall scheme design,analyzes the main steps and content,unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)inspection scheme according to complete required inspection can petrol-electric hybrid unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)and yuntai module selection work,design a kind of wind-power blades independent inspection system based on rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(uav).The system uses oil-electric hybrid power and independently plans the fan inspection path by knowing the coordinate of each fan in the wind farm,which greatly increases the endurance time of UAV and makes the single inspection time reach more than one and a half hours.At the same time,in order to reduce the outage loss of wind turbine,the system uses high-definition camera to take fixed point photos around the fan,and uses the target recognition program to identify the fan target and determine the fan orientation,which can accurately locate the fan in the state of the fan not outage,take photos of the blade inspection,and effectively identify the damage on the blade.
