| Electric power industry is an important basic industry related to the overall situation of the national economy.The development of electric power is closely related to the overall development of the national economy.With the development of thermal power technology,thermal power industry has become an important part of China’s electric power industry.Developing units with large capacity,high parameters and high efficiency is an important guarantee to promote economic and social development,optimize energy utilization and improve resource utilization efficiency.The three main engines of thermal power plant are boiler,steam turbine and generator.According to the analysis,the low efficiency of steam turbine flow passage has become an important reason for the high energy consumption of power plants.Flow passage refers to the passage of steam flow in the steam turbine body,which is mainly composed of three parts: steam inlet mechanism,cascade of flow passage at all levels and exhaust cylinder.This partial decrease in efficiency leads to a 3% higher heat consumption level.How to improve this part of efficiency can not only bring economic benefits to enterprises,but also be an important measure for the country to realize energy conservation and emission reduction and the competitiveness of units.This dissertation mainly studies the energy saving and efficiency improvement of2×640MW supercritical coal-fired generating units in Fuyang Huarun Power Co.,Ltd.,which has been completed and put into operation.The research scope mainly includes the steam turbine body flow improvement scheme,thermal system optimization,cold end optimization and related supporting facilities improvement of the two units.Starting from the current efficiency of flow passage of units in Fuyang Huarun Power Plant and based on the implementation process of Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC)project of 2×640MW units,the advanced design and manufacturing technology of flow passage of steam turbine is used to implement energy saving and efficiency improvement of steam turbine,so as to achieve the purpose of maximizing the benefits of energy saving and consumption reduction and the cost performance of the project.Based on the actual reconstruction project,this dissertation puts forward two different reconstruction schemes,analyzes and demonstrates these two schemes,and then summarizes them.Finally,it is determined that the efficiency of the flow passage can be greatly improved and the energy consumption can be reduced by optimizing the transformation of the flow passage of the unit and improving the initial parameters of the unit.If this transformation scheme can be put into practice,it can effectively solve the problems of low efficiency and high energy consumption of flow passage caused by long-term operation of most 600 MW units at present,and further reduce the coal consumption of power supply.It provides a better idea and direction for the subsequent design and reconstruction of steam turbine system in large thermal power plants. |
