| The smart management technology of community electricity consumption is an emerging field,which plays an important role for power companies to master and analyze the electricity consumption of community users.Considering the power consumption of the cell,this technology collects complete cell power data through multiple channels and technologies,deeply utilizes and analyzes a large number of user power data,and realizes the functions of cell load prediction,power theft prevention,and station identification.This technology guiding the production and operation of power companies is an important step in the realization of the Internet of Things in power systems.First,the electricity consumption of the community is introduced.The intelligent management technology of the electricity consumption of the community is defined in this thesis.It is introduced that the background of the Ruyi Zidu community selected for this topic and the significance of studying the intelligent management technology of the electricity consumption of the community.The research situation at home and abroad of management technology is introduced by category.Secondly,the relevant theoretical content of the electricity load forecasting technology in the community is analyzed.The load forecasting data and processing is put forward requirements for.The principles of artificial neural network forecasting technology and gray load forecasting technology are studied,the learning formula and modeling is derived,and the algorithm Application method is established.Thirdly,the key technologies used in the construction of the intelligent management system for community electricity are studied.According to the power company’s data collection requirements for power users as the research goal,the system construction requirements and implementation plans are proposed,and the design is suitable for the collection of power users’ electricity information in Ruyi Zidu community.Fourthly,combined with the data of the electricity consumption information collection system,the district electricity consumption high-frequency data collection technology,the community electricity outage active reporting technology,the phase recognition technology,and the station area recognition technology are applied to the intelligent management of the electricity consumption of the Ruyi Zidu community.All of these technologies establishes a fully functional intelligent management service system for community electricity consumption.Finally,the short-term forecast of the total load and the medium-term forecast of the electricity load of a single user are carried out for the electricity load of Ruyi Zidu Residential Area.The forecast results are analyzed,and the forecasting methods are adjusted for the problematic forecast results in order to obtain better predictive results. |
