Study On Post-occupancy Evaluation And Suitability Design Of Township Level Nursing Homes In Northern Jiangsu

As of the end of 2018,the registered population over 65 in Jiangsu accounted for16.03%,and the proportion of empty-nest elderly reached 55.3%.There are too many migrant workers in villages and towns in northern Jiangsu,so the phenomenon of empty nest elderly in rural areas and empty nest villages is particularly serious.When the traditional family pension model is difficult to maintain,there will be strong demand for institutional pensions.At present,township nursing homes mainly serve the "five guarantees for the elderly".There are problems such as small quantity,poor quality,and inconsistent evaluation of construction standards,which are difficult to meet the needs of the society.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the towns and towns in Xuzhou and the needs of the elderly,the main purpose of the research is to establish a standard evaluation system and a planning and design system for the construction of township nursing homes,and to make them scientific and operable.Firstly,based on the post-occupancy evaluation theory,conduct a pre-investigation in Xuzhou surrounding township nursing homes,sum up relevant indoor and outdoor environmental elements,and establish an interventional elderly satisfaction evaluation system and a non-interventional design professional evaluation system;secondly in Xuzhou In the field survey of the township nursing homes,two types of evaluation data were collected using selective interviews and pass-through evaluations;finally,the statistics of 8 nursing homes were summarized and sorted,and the analysis was carried out at different levels,and the living rooms,barrier-free facilities,There are serious planning and design problems in medical rooms,activity venues and landscape greening.According to the survey,firstly,the township nursing homes are positioned as non-nursing full-day care facilities for the elderly with intact service capabilities and semi-disabled;secondly,based on literature research,it is proposed that the township nursing homes should follow the principles of "people-oriented",regionalization and sustainable development;Finally,on the basis of post-use evaluation,according to the various elements of the indoor and outdoor environment,focusing on solving the existing problems,and constructing the suitability design theory of the township nursing homes in Xuzhou.Finally,through the design practice of transforming an abandoned rural primary school into a nursing home,the suitability theory is applied to the design practice,and the validity and operability of the theory are confirmed in the process,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.There are 123 figures,25 tables and 68 references in this thesis.
