| With the improvement of intelligentization and humanization level in the field of electricity information management of power system,power enterprises hope to realize the function of power side outage detection in the existing electricity information management system,but there are many technical bottlenecks in implementing this function.First of all,the status monitoring should be realized under the running state of the existing electricity meter,and the workload of adding new wiring and equipment should not be added.Secondly,after the power failure of the user side,reliable communication means should be used to report the power failure information to the electricity information management system.Most importantly,once the user side power failure,the metering instrument will stop working due to power loss,power failure status monitoring,power failure information reporting and other services can not be carried out normally due to power failure.In addition,based on the large number of on-grid watt-hour meters in China,the cost of realizing this function must be strictly controlled.In order to solve the above problems,this project analyzes and studies the successful cases of realizing user-side power outage information monitoring programs at home and abroad,makes an in-depth study of the actual situation of the current equipment.This project analyzes the power supply idea of Last Gasp;studies the detection of the power status of low-voltage user side;analyzes the characteristics of the five existing local communication methods in the electricity information acquisition system,and comprehensively evaluates the technical difficulty of various local channel implementation schemes.Propose a local communication method suitable for the site that can actually support the power outage report on the user side.After the completion of the project research,the design work was started.Firstly,the power supply demand of the user-side electricity meter was determined after the power failure and on the basis of cost control,a new power system with the function of Last Gasp was designed.Secondly,the design of power failure detection circuit for low-voltage users is completed,and the reliability of power failure judgment is verified.Thirdly,the local communication module of HPLC communication link,micro power wireless communication link and HPLC + micro power wireless dual mode communication link is designed and the existing communication protocol is extended to support the function of active power outage information reporting.Finally,experimental analysis was carried out on the designed three communication mode modules,the supporting Last Gasp power supply circuit and the power failure detection circuit in the cooperative enterprise laboratory,the third-party testing center and the engineering site to ensure that the modules meet the needs of engineering applications.The test results show that the functions and performance indexes of the user-side power failure information monitoring scheme have reached the expected requirements.This paper carries out research work in combination with actual engineering projects,verifies and analyzes the reporting ability of three communication modules,and gives a reasonable on-site configuration scheme.It can support the power distribution network operation and maintenance department to accurately locate faults and carry out active rush repair,which improves the power supply service level.This paper contains 18 figures,10 tables and 60 references. |
