As an important equipment in Large-scale water conservancy project construction,the concrete spreader which working in a severe situation with complex loading condition is usually designed heavy and huge in traditional design method,a lot of material is wasted after the project finished.A new kind of tower concrete spreader which designed for concrete construction project of a hydropower station somewhere in Chongqing has been studied in this paper.Firstly,a parameterization model of spreader is established,which makes it possible to conduct static analysis for the spreader under full-working condition.Moreover,based on continuous structural topology optimization theory and multi-objective optimization method,a topology optimization structure of platform under multi-loading cases has been designed,The main works of this paper are as follows:(1)A parameterization model of spreader is been established through ANSYS/APDL software,which makes it possible to conduct static analysis for the spreader under fullworking condition and chose Several typical working condition from all working condition.(2)Based on variable density topology optimization method,the finite element model of platform is set up in Optistruct software,and The single topology optimization structure of typical working condition is produced.(3)Based on compromise programming approach,the mathematic model of multiloading cases topology optimization is conducted.And analytic hierarchy process is used to calculating the weight of coefficient of each typical loading cases to acquire multi-loading cases topology optimization structure operation by Optistruct.(4)Several finite element model of platform are set up considering single and multiloading cases topology optimization results and construction design standards.Static analysis is conducted to analyze the model under different typical loading cases,the results of which is compared to show the effect of multi-loading cases optimization.
