With the integration and development of the Internet and traditional industries,and the continuous changes in market demands.The traditional workshop production mode can’t accommodate the current market environment.In order to keep up with market development and quickly adapt to market changes,companies need to change the production mode.The change of production mode means that the environment of the workshop production is becoming complexly,which makes it difficult to ensure the unobstructed of production logistics.In the current production workshop,the contradiction between efficient workshop production and inefficient and chaotic material distribution still exists.In order to improve workshop production efficiency and enterprise competition.Optimizing the distribution route is the first choice.Therefore,this thesis he material distribution of flexible production workshop as the research background to study the problem of distribution path optimization.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of workshop material distribution efficiency and low station satisfaction,this thesis combines station service satisfaction,the driving distance of distribution AGV and the number of AGV used,and establishes a multi-objective material distribution route optimization model that considers station service satisfaction.The 2-opt neighborhood search algorithm is combined with the ant colony algorithm,and the improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem.(2)Aiming at the problem that materials can be distributed twice during the distribution process and shorten the distribution path,it is proposed to set up a "periodical movable transit warehouse" in the workshop,combined with the degree of material demand correlation,and use the spectral clustering algorithm to determine the specific location of the transit warehouse,so that the distribution trolley can carry out material consolidation activities in the transit warehouse,and with the goal of minimizing the distribution cost,a distribution route optimization model is constructed,which combines the beetle algorithm with the particle swarm algorithm,and uses the improved particle swarm algorithm to solve the problem.(3)Matlab simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the material distribution path optimization problem of the workshop considering the satisfaction of the station service and the material consolidation.The experimental results show that compared with the basic ant colony algorithm,the use of the improved ant colony algorithm can reduce the delivery distance by 18.2%,reduce the total cost by 17.8%,and increase the satisfaction degree of the workstation by 13.4%.Improve the effectiveness of the ant colony algorithm;to consider the problem of material consolidation,set up periodic movable transit warehouses in the workshop,which reduces the distribution path by 16.7%,and the total cost by 15.8%,which verifies the necessity of material consolidation in the workshop.It provides a reference for manufacturing companies to solve the problem of workshop distribution efficiency and distribution route optimization.This paper contains 23 pictures,22 tables and 56 references.
