Interferometric imaging spectrometer is not only an imager but also a spectrometer,which can obtain the target space position information and the material spectrum information at the same time,and has a broad application field and development prospect.The Sagnac transverse shear interferometer with triangular common optical path structure is widely used in spatial modulated interferometric imaging spectrometers because it is less affected by external vibration and airflow and has strong anti-interference ability.However,the Sagnac interferometer is difficult to install and adjust due to the high requirement of the bonding accuracy.Although some scientific research institutions in China have already had a certain precision bonding and adjusting ability of the Sagnac interferometer,there are still many deficiencies.If the specificity of the glue-mounted and adjusted platform is not strong,the work efficiency is reduced due to the temporary construction and debugging,and the platform construction time before the assembly of the new interferometer usually takes 10 days;At present,only about half of the cemented interferometers fully meet the design requirements,which seriously restricts the development of Sagnac interferometer project.Therefore,the construction of a dedicated Sagnac interferometer precision cementing and adjusting platform can greatly improve the core cementing and adjusting ability of the interferometer,improve the installation and adjusting efficiency and the success rate of cementing.The main work of this paper is to build the precision adhesive platform of Sagnac interferometer and solve several key technical problems,including :(1)design a large field of view parallel optical tube to provide the platform with a large field of view infinite target with optical parameters matching,so as to ensure the perfection of the incident light of the interferometer;(2)The relationship between the verticality of the interference fringe generated by Sagnac interferometer and the prism Angle error is studied and verified by experiment;(3)The interference fringe is processed to calculate the fringe inclination,tuning system and shearing quantity,which provides a basis for the gluing adjustment of the interferometer.
