| As a high-quality green open space with the most frequent population activities in cities,park green space is an important part of coordinating the relationship between human and nature.Its core function is to serve the population and meet people’s diversified needs for a better life,such as recreation and ecology.Since the mid-1990 s,with the promotion of high-speed urbanization,the level of urban park green space construction in China has been significantly improved,and the urban population has undergone a structural change.However,cities with different population densities,population mobility and population employment structures have different characteristics such as land use mode,population attraction,working environment and so on.There are also different demands for beautiful urban recreation environment,which leads to different development characteristics of park green space construction level.Under the background of the new urbanization construction that advocates people as the core,a scientific understanding of the heterogeneous characteristics of the construction level of urban park green space with different population structure characteristics is conducive to promoting the construction of a beautiful urban recreation environment with people locally.Perspective based on the population structure,in 609 at the county level and above cities in mainland China as the research object,using the gini coefficient method,select "park green land rate" "per capita park green area" indicators,explore different population density,flow from 1996 to 2018 in city park green space construction level,employment structure evolution and the differences of the decomposition characteristics.Based on the characteristics of population structure,the countermeasures and suggestions of park green space construction are put forward.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)From the perspective of development level differences,(1)From the perspective of population density structure,the park green land rate of the high-density urban group developed strongly,but the contradiction between park green land and population was prominent for a long time,and the per capita park green land area increased slowly;The green land rate of the low-density group lagged behind for a long time,and the per capita green land area of the park was artificially high and the rapid growth trend was not sustainable.(2)From the perspective of population flow structure,each group stay level city park the rate and per capita park green space area,there was no significant difference at the early stages of the high-speed propulsion of urbanization,middle and high temporary group leading the trend,but the group development imbalance phenomenon is more prominent,reflect temporary population gathering of park green space construction lag.(3)From the perspective of population employment structure,"secondary employment-oriented" cities,large industrial production environment can better promote the improvement of urban infrastructure in the early period of the study period,so the level of park green space construction is always leading,but the development momentum is insufficient,and the urban function and land use structure need to be further upgraded and optimized.In the group of "tertiary employment-oriented" cities,the park green land rate and per capita park green land area have lagged behind for a long time,but the growth rate has increased significantly in the middle and late period.Some cities in the group have realized the synergetic development of "characteristic industries" and "livable environment" by relying on the transformation of industrial structure,and the development potential of park green land is significant.(2)From the perspective of the difference composition,the contribution rate of the difference in the level of park green space construction among the urban groups with different population employment structure to the national total difference is higher than that from other perspectives in the early period of the study period,and the overall pattern increases first and then decreases.The contribution rate of differences among groups of population density and population mobility structure increased continuously,and gradually exceeded that of population employment structure group in the later stage.Among them,the difference between groups of population density group was the dominant level that caused the total difference of national park green space construction level in recent years.It shows that the population employment structure is closely related to the urban industrial structure,which lays the initial difference of the national park green space construction level.The population flow structure reflects the comprehensive competitiveness of urban economic development level,public wealth accumulation,ecological environment construction and so on,and is a late-developing factor to promote the development of different levels of park green space construction.The population density structure reflects the evolution characteristics of urban man-land relationship and gradually becomes the dominant reason affecting the total difference of the national park green space construction level.The research breaks down the traditional barriers of region,scale and administrative level,takes "population structure" as the perspective of difference research,and divides the population structure into the population density structure,population flow structure and population employment structure that are most closely related to the characteristics of China’s urbanization evolution.It is expected to provide a scientific basis for the implementation of the planning concepts of "people-oriented" and "park city" in urban park green space planning,and to promote the coordinated development of park green space resources and urban population structure. |
