Intelligent high-speed railway and smart railway are two key words emphasized in the‘Outline of Powerful Nation Railway Advance Planning in the new era’.As an important aspect of intelligence,information and data visualization plays a significant role in the process of high-speed railway intelligence.In this thesis,a four layer architecture of visual state monitoring system for high-speed train bogies was designed based on the idea of hierarchical architecture for software development,which includes the infrastructure layer,domain layer,application layer and presentation layer,respectively.The infrastructure layer provides the general technical functions for the above three layers;the domain layer realizes the core business logic of the system;the application layer defines the tasks to be completed by the software and assists the domain layer to complete the business operations;The presentation layer is an open window for the entire visualization system,providing users with a visual human-computer interaction interface.Starting from the infrastructure of software system,a4-layers visual state monitoring system for high-speed train bogies based on Domain Driven Design was constructed.The system mainly includes: 1)big data management system for organization and storage of high-speed train fault diagnosis and state monitoring related information;2)visual state monitoring system of high-speed train bogie.Data management system is the data support system for the visual state monitoring system of high-speed train bogie.In this thesis,combined with relational database management system My SQL and non-relational database management system Mongo DB,a big data management system for state monitoring and fault diagnosis of high-speed train was established.The data that need to be stored and managed were classified in detail according to its time-varying frequency,data volume and data type.According to the classification results,they were stored in different database management systems to establish corresponding databases.By classifying and dividing databases,the obstacles of data management were reduced,and the efficiency of data management and utilization was improved.On the one hand,the data management system provides data support for the state monitoring system of high-speed train bogie studied in this thesis;on the other hand,it accumulates a large number of train operation status information,fault information and maintenance data,and accumulates rich real training data for fault diagnosis intelligent model.In the future,it can also provide scientific decision-making for train maintenance support operation process optimization,fault mechanism analysis and vehicle parts maintenance.The visualization system provides a human computer interaction interface for the information and data display of high-speed train bogie condition monitoring.In this thesis,the user requirements were deeply analyzed,and the visualized state monitoring system of highspeed train bogie based on B/S structure was developed by using ABP framework combined with computer science and technology.Taking users’ needs as the core focus,following the scientific human-computer interaction design principles,relying on Angular UI framework and with the help of a variety of front-end development tools,a clear,concise human-computer interaction interface was designed and developed.The data visualization tool ECharts was used to realize the visualization of real-time running state data,fault diagnosis data,fault analysis data and historical data of running state of high-speed train bogie state monitoring.At the same time,the system test environment was built,the front-end and back-end interface of the system was designed and developed,and the front-end and back-end of the system were integrated.The screen adaptive test,browser compatibility test and functional test of the human-computer interaction interface were completed,and the availability of the system was verified.
