| Chinese high-speed railway system has a large scale and a complex structure,unexpected events such as line problems occur at times,causing the transportation order to deviate from the plan during actual operating,and then it’s required to conduct train regulation and rescheduling of transportation resources like EMU and crew.As necessary conditions for highspeed railway trains’ operating,the lack of EMU or crew resources may lead to the emergence of infeasible train running lines,which is not conducive to the rapid restoration of transportation order in the event of interference.In traditional rescheduling works,the rescheduling of EMU and crew is usually carried out sequentially and manually by the relevant dispatchers according to their experience,that means,the rescheduling of EMU is conducted firstly based on train regulation diagram,and then the rescheduling of crew is conducted based on the train diagram and the EMUs’ rescheduling scheme.The lack of collaboration in this sequential way may lead to the emergence of more infeasible train running lines in the train rescheduling plan due to the lack of EMUs or crews,which will be harmful to the service quality of high-speed railway.Therefore,it is necessary to implement collaborative rescheduling of EMUs and crews.Based on this,this paper researches on the theory and method of collaborative rescheduling of EMUs and crews.The research work mainly includes:(1)Systematically analyze the rescheduling problem of high-speed railway EMUs and crews.Firstly,analyze the rescheduling problem of EMUs and of crews respectively,introduce the basic meaning of the problem,illustrate the evaluation standard of the rescheduling result,analyze and summarize the influencing factors of the problems from the perspective of necessity in combination with the special emergent background of real-time rescheduling problem;Subsequently,illustrate the necessity of collaborative rescheduling of EMUs and crews combined with a simple example,analyze the collaborative problem based on the analysis of the two problems,summarize the characteristics of the collaborative rescheduling problem,and then get the modeling approach of the collaborative problem,which lays a theoretical and methodological foundation for the construction of the collaborative rescheduling model.(2)According to the theoretical analysis of the collaborative rescheduling problem,sort out the basic modeling elements of the collaborative rescheduling model,establish a collaborative EMUs and crews’ rescheduling integer programming model which is more in line with actual needs,the objective function is to minimize the number of infeasible train running lines that is short of transportation resources and to minimize the deviation of the original plan,the constraints comes from the necessary influencing factors in theoretical analysis above,considering the deficiencies of the existing research combined with the actual operation,the model adds considerations to the rules of EMU types,crew’s hitching,breaks,maximum working hours and so on.(3)Using IBM ILOG CPLEX 12.8 as the model solving tool,based on the actual daily operating data of one high-speed railway,the collaborative rescheduling theory and method of this paper are verified and analyzed by designing different interference scenarios.Firstly,postpone the arrival time of one running line as a simple scenario to prove that the model is correct and feasible;secondly,by using the collaborative rescheduling model to solve the problems in different interference scenarios,the results show that the collaborative rescheduling model constructed in this paper can be used to solve the problem of EMU Operation and crew operation adjustment in different interference scenarios;Finally,in the case of multiple values of weight coefficients in the same interference scene,the collaborative rescheduling method and the sequential rescheduling method are used to solve the problem.The results show that when the number of trains with unsatisfied resource requirements is taken to the minimum,the rescheduling options available for sequential rescheduling are very limited,while according to the collaborative rescheduling method can obtain multiple rescheduling schemes with the sequential rescheduling scheme included,which enables the dispatcher to choose the adjustment scheme according to the actual demand. |
