The market economy system is gradually improving.In order to improve the level of core competition,the company captures a larger market share.It is necessary to continuously innovate independently and develop more new products.In this environment,there are more and more air-conditioning companies in my country,and market competition is becoming more and more fierce.This requires companies to further develop and produce new products.The earlier innovative products enter the market,the greater the market share they will occupy.This thesis takes the air-conditioning R&D company X as an example.It mainly includes four aspects.First,it briefly introduces the research background of this thesis,and at the same time describes the existing literature review and the development process of X company’s Z series air-conditioners and related And use relevant project management research conclusions to conduct comprehensive research and analysis.The second part mainly introduces the actual development status of the current schedule management of the Z air-conditioning R&D project of X company,and analyzes the project from the organizational structure of the project,the basic process of the project,the task distribution,the product range and the time requirements,and the progress management method The application analysis of the Z air-conditioning project shows that the main problems currently encountered in the Z air-conditioning project include insufficient project information communication,low project execution efficiency,lack of "concurrent engineering" ideas in the new product development process,insufficient scientific and reasonable project schedule,and resources Constraints cause problems such as schedule delays.The third part is to use WBS decomposition to divide the project into five parts:plan design,plan evaluation,product testing,trial production,and project closure.According to the decomposition results of the WBS,sort out the project process relationship of the project,clarify the logical relationship between the work,select the critical path,etc.,and optimize the progress of the X company Z air conditioning research and development project.According to the decomposition results of the WBS,we sorted out the project process relationship of the project.Through the analysis of the project process relationship,we changed some of the tasks in the project from serial operations to parallel operations,so the project was achieved on the basis of reasonably shortening the project construction period.The construction quality and efficiency are significantly improved.Then,based on the systematic analysis of each process link in the project implementation process under the application of PERT technology,the optimistic,pessimistic,continuous and most likely time is determined,and the control effect of project quality,cost and schedule is strengthened through the action of the critical path.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:First of all,strengthen the communication management of R&D projects,and handle the communication and coordination relationship with cooperation units.To coordinate the work tasks of multiple parties,the project must be coordinated and consistent.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the establishment of internal negotiation and communication channels,promote active communication and exchange of various members,brainstorming,and fully reflect the cohesion of the team;then,the existing review The system is further improved,and three types of review meeting plans,namely daily regular meetings,project weekly meetings,and milestone meetings,are formulated,and problems existing in the project progress are determined through regular regular meetings,so as to promptly mobilize relevant resources to solve the problems encountered in the project Problem: Optimize the management process and strengthen schedule control,through planning and customizing related process plans,urging functional organizations to complete their tasks,cooperate with each other,and divide the task functions into individuals to prevent errors and ensure that the project process is not affected;Take effective measures to strengthen resource input.The research in this paper can provide effective plans and strategies for project schedule management,improve the quality of project management,promote the smooth implementation of projects,and meet the profitability needs of enterprises.At the same time,it can also provide reference and reference for project management of the same type and the same industry.The content of the article provides scientific solutions and countermeasures in the project management process,so as to improve the quality of the project and ensure that there are no errors in the operation of the project.
