Feasibility Study Of 220 Kv Transmission And Transfer Project In Gongxian County

With the rapid development of power grid and the continuous increase of load density,the network structure has been strengthened day by day.The number of power grid projects that need to be constructed in our country increases gradually every year.However,in order to ensure the timely and safe completion of power transmission and transformation projects,it is necessary to do a good job of feasibility analysis before the construction of the whole power grid project.All links of transmission and transformation projects are running normally.Therefore,this paper takes the 220kV transmission and transformation project in Gongxian County as an example to analyze the feasibility of the project construction,to ensure the scientific and high-quality promotion of the project,and to reduce the construction risk of the project.The research object of this paper is the feasibility of the 220kV power transmission and transformation project in Gongxian County.Combined with the actual situation and characteristics of the 220kV power transmission and transformation project in Gongxian County,the case analysis method,literature analysis method,qualitative and quantitative research methods are used to discuss the necessity,technical feasibility,economic feasibility,social feasibility,risk analysis and response of the project construction from five aspects.Firstly,based on the actual work,the load of electricity in Yibin and Gongxian power supply areas is forecasted,and the necessity of project construction is analyzed according to the current situation of power grid.Then,by analyzing the construction scale of the project,the substation technical scheme,line engineering scheme and communication technology scheme are discussed,and the measures of energy saving,and consumption reduction and environmental protection are implemented.Through data analysis,according to the national quota and the local price level,the project is estimated,funded and evaluated.Then,the social benefit of the project is analyzed.It is concluded that the construction of the 220kV transmission and transformation project in Gongxian County is very necessary,technically feasible,the investment is reasonable,and the social benefit is remarkable.Finally,through identifying the risk of the 220kV transmission and transformation project in Gongxian County,and providing targeted risk aversion measures,in order to effectively ensure the smooth implementation of the 220kV transmission and transformation project in Gongxian County.This study not only contributes to the construction of 220kV transmission and transformation projects in Gongxian County,but also has a certain reference value for the feasibility analysis of similar projects.
