| In the context of the rapid development and wide application of the Internet and mobile communications, and the vigorous popularization of the sharing economy and green transportation, urban bike-sharing systems have emerged, and have been welcomed by the majority of urban residents. However, there are still problems such as high cost of recycling troubled bicycles, untimely recycling, and untimely and unreasonable scheduling of bikesharing during peak demand periods. After the initial blind market expansion, the extensive development stage that did not pay attention to offline operations, and the mergers, reorganizations and reshuffles within the industry, the bike-sharing industry has gradually entered a period of stable development of refined operations.Under this background,Reasonable deployment and rebalancing of bike-sharing based on actual needs,as well as the timely recycling of faulty bikes in operation, are important issues related to the operational efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, from the perspective of bike-sharing companies, this article mainly discusses the optimization of bike-sharing rebalancing operations at night and peak periods considering the recycling of faulty bikes. It aims to help companies reduce the cost of bike-sharing rebalancing operations and faulty bikes recycling operations, and improve the business benefits of bike-sharing company.First, this article introduces the concept of shared bicycles, the classification of troubled bicycles, and the development history of shared bicycles.Based on relevant research and actual investigations, the characteristics of the shared bicycle system are analyzed, and the current status and the existing problems of bike-sharing rebalancing operations and the recycling operation of faulty bikes are summarized. At the same time, this article introduced the vehicle routing problem and time window theory.Secondly, based on the analysis of the current situation of the bike-sharing rebalancing operation and the faulty bike recovery operation, this paper proposes an operation plan that can recover the faulty bikes at the same time as the bike-sharing rebalancing operation. At the same time, based on the analysis of the characteristics of bike-sharing travel demand and temporal and spatial distribution characteristics,it is found that there are obvious differences in the travel demand of bike-sharing at night and peak periods, and the requirements for rebalancing operations are also different. Therefore, this paper studies the optimization of night and peak bike-sharing rebalancing operations considering the recovery of faulty bikes. The mathematical model of night bike-sharing rebalancing considering the recovery of faulty bikes and the peak period bike-sharing rebalancing mathematical model of considering the recovery of faulty bikes are proposed. Finally, combined with actual problems and model solving requirements, this paper uses improved ant colony algorithm to solve the model established through MATLAB program, taking a certain area in Shanghai as an example, and thus verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm. And compared the total cost of taking into account the recycling of the faulty bikes and the situation without considering the recycling of the faulty bikes,it is found that the rebalancing optimization model of bike-sharing considering the recycling of faulty bikes can effectively reduce the total cost of rebalancing, and it is verified that the rebalancing operation plan of the bike-sharing considering the recovery of faulty bikes proposed in this paper is feasible and effective. |
