| As smart manufacturing has become the development strategy of building China into a powerful manufacturing country,the application of digital research and development method is gradually popularized.Facing numerous product development models and fast iterations,the Traditional Systems Engineering(TSE)method used to describe all aspects of the system and the process of data transmission are mostly based on text,and the problems in the design are often exposed in the later stage.However,due to the large number of documents involved in the correction problem,maintaining the consistency between different versions of documents is time-consuming and laborious,and it will lead to longer research and development iteration cycle,and the correctness and consistency of the system can not be guaranteed.Therefore,it is of great significance to research on the digital design and application of complex systems with advanced digital technology.In this thesis,Model-based Systems Engineering(MBSE)is used to study and analyze the digital design of complex system,taking adaptive cruise control system as an example.The main work is divided into the following parts: firstly,the problems encountered in the current complex system research and development process are analyzed,the attempt of introducing MBSE method for system digital design is made,and the three elements of MBSE implementation(modeling method,modeling language and modeling tools)are studied;Then,the working principle,system state and control logic of the adaptive cruise control system are analyzed;Secondly,the modeling method of Arcadia is studied and analyzed.In order to avoid the situation that the model elements are not completely defined in the early stage and need to return too many to add model elements in the later stage,the corresponding process framework is constructed by combining with SMW modeling tool;Then the detailed localization design process is proposed,that is,the specific steps of each level modeling,and the corresponding model construction is carried out;Finally,the application of complex system in the field of digital design after the conceptual design stage is studied,and the research and application of MBSE with adaptive cruise control system as an example are completed.In this thesis,after building the models with strong correlation,the logical verification,dynamic verification and syntax semantic verification of the models are completed,and the comparison between TSE and MBSE in the project is carried out.The results show that the application of MBSE in the research and development conceptual design stage of complex system can make the description of the system in the design process accurate.And the level is more intuitive and clear.To sum up,in the research and development of complex systems and later iterative update,the information exchange mode with model as the main carrier has obvious advantages compared with the traditional way. |
